　　Please note that SASO has held a workshop on December 5th 2018 regarding the new applicable standard SASO 2902 for lighting products that covers products not included in SASO 2870.

　　SASO has instructed the following:

　　- The Conformity Assessment Bodies shall not issue any CoC for lighting products as of January 1st 2019

　　- Shipments that have CoCs issued before January 1st 2019 may still use the CoC until March 30th 2019, as of April 1st 2019 a SAU IECEE certificate (CoPC) will be required for all lighting products

　　- SAU IECEE certificates (CoPC) can be issued starting today to all lighting products

　　- The energy efficiency label template covered by SASO 2870 has been changed and will be applied soon(the new label for current valid labels of SASO 2870 will be re-generated by SASO on SLS to match the new design)

　　- A project label has been introduced andit is intended for products manufactured for Governmental projects, and it is not allowed to be fixed on products to be sold in the market

　　- A Family Criteria Registration is newly added for products under the scope of SASO 2902 only, which allow to register all the models under the same family using one test report but with Manufacturer declaration of identity. Fees for each model will be paid and each product of this family should be registered separately for EE

　　SASO指示如下:

　　-自2019年1月1日起，各合格评定机构不得对照明产品颁发任何CoC

　　- 2019年1月1日前已发出CoC的产品，在2019年3月30日前仍可使用CoC，自2019年4月1日起，所有照明产品均需获得SAU IECEE证书(CoPC)

　　-由今日起，所有照明产品均可获发SAU IECEE证书

　　- SASO 2870所涵盖的能源效益标签模板已更改，并将于近期投入使用(现有有效标签的新标签将由SASO在SLS上重新生成，以配合新设计)

　　-已引入项目标签，该标签适用于为项目生产的产品，不允许固定在市场上销售的产品上

　　-只适用于SASO 2902范围内的产品，新增加了一项系列标准注册，该注册允许使用一份检测报告注册同一系列下的所有型号，但须声明制造商身份。每个型号的费用将被支付，并且这个系列的每个产品应该单独为EE注册
